The company is run by Anne-Marie Burford, Anne-Marie
has been named as one of the top Pilates instructors
in the country in a national magazine, classes are
medically approved and suitable for all levels and
ages including post /ante natal ladies.

Anne-Marie is committed to developing
physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being
and is now training with the Chopra Centre California
as a Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga teacher.
The Chopra Centre is run by Deepak Chopra M.D. and David
Simon M.D who are world leaders in the field of mind/body
medicine. The Chopra Centre is recognized as a leading
global source for the daily practice of Ayurveda, meditation
and yoga. |
