Masons Arms in Hopperton near Knaresborough is worth the hop out into
the countryside, and situated just off the A1 it’s not hard to
get to. Lots of charm in the form of historical memorabilia and collectors
items all around the place. Aside from catering for the younger taste
in beverages such as San Miguel and Bitburger, your hosts Peter and
Stephanie Thompson keep some good cask ales such as Black Sheep and
John Smiths.
