8. General Card Terms

All cards remain the property of Harrogate Advantage. Cards are non transferrable and can only be used by the authorised signatory whose name appears on the front of the card. Cards are only valid when signed.

Standard Cards are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

Offers represented in printed material are only current at the date of printing and reference to the website should be made for up to date offers. Card acceptors reserve the right to change or amend offer details with 14 days notice. All offers are subject to terms and condition - see website for details. All offers are exclusive and not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Certain exclusions may apply. All cards will be posted by standard first class mail and payment includes postage and packaging.

Gold Card - these cards are limited in edition and subject to availability. Application does not guarantee fulfilment. All cards will be issued on a first come first served basis. Gold Cards will be posted by recorded delivery. Gold vouchers included are single use and valid for no longer than 12 months and are only valid when presented in conjunction with the associated Gold Card. All Gold cards are required to be activated online or by post or telephone prior to use.

Temporary cards are valid for 1 calendar month from date of issue and are non transferrable.

9. Card Replacement (Loss/Theft/Damage)

Harrogate Advantage accept no liability for loss, theft or damage to cards (unless damaged during postage to yourself). Replacement cards are available at the following costs:
Standard Cards - £10

Temporary Cards - no replacement available.

Gold Cards - Gold cards are non replaceable - however if lost a "Standard Card" can be issued in place of the gold card. *NOTE: This can only be processed if the Gold Card was activated before loss/damage/theft occured. - Cost £10.

10. Your Right to Cancel and Refund

If within 7 days of purchasing your card, you choose to cancel please email us at cancel@harrogateadvantage.co.uk and we will action this for you.

11. Delivery Policy

As soon as your payment has cleared we will issue you with a temporary card which you should receive within 7 days, so that you can start taking advantage of the card offers straight away. We will also begin embossing and personalising your plastic card. Please allow up to 28 days for your plastic card to arrive. If your card does not arrive within this time please email us at contact@harrogateadvantage.co.uk. Gold Cards - Please allow 14 days for delivery.
